James joined the Puma Private Equity team in 2022 to build Puma’s value-creation capability post-investment. Working closely with the deal teams and portfolio management focused on implementing best practice across the Puma portfolio. Prior to joining Puma, James was a Change Director at ScaleUp Capital. He has extensive experience driving value creation and operational performance improvements, both as a consultant at Baringa, Accenture and as an investor. James has a Master’s in Management from Imperial College and a Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nottingham.
