Tracy leads BGF’s Value Creation team, working with business leaders, operational specialists and sector experts to help deliver growth and unlock value across the BGF portfolio. She has over 25 years of private equity experience, has been involved in 30+ transactions, and brings board-level experience at SaaS businesses across payments, HR technology, construction technology and supply chain monitoring. Prior to BGF, she was a Partner at LDC, a strategy consultant at OC&C, and an investor at the RBS Special Opportunities Fund. She's also held senior roles in PE-backed businesses Lumon and Moneycorp.
