Pratik brings over 25 years of advisory experience across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the USA, helping organisations unlock leadership effectiveness and create high-performing cultures. He has worked with a wide range of clients in private equity, family businesses, financial services, and industrial sectors, supporting them through growth, transformation, and succession.

At VALPEO, Pratik focuses on aligning leadership maturity with organisational complexity to accelerate value creation. He has extensive experience in executive search, leadership assessment, and organisational design, working with boards and executive teams to ensure leadership capability is matched to strategic ambition.

Pratik began his career in investment banking with Kleinwort Benson, before moving into strategy consulting with A.T. Kearney, and later into leadership advisory with Russell Reynolds Associates. His diverse background gives him a unique perspective at the intersection of strategy, people, and organisational performance.

Born and raised in Kenya, Pratik combines global experience with a deep understanding of African business and leadership contexts.
