
Cindy Yendell is Senior Partner, Culture Practice at ZRG, with 25 years’ boardroom-level experience advising leaders and investors across AIM-listed companies, FTSE 250 businesses, and not-for-profit organisations. An experienced entrepreneur, she has co-founded two advisory firms — including one successfully scaled and sold to Omnicom — giving her first-hand insight into the challenges of growth, integration, and exit.
Cindy specialises in helping organisations unlock value by aligning purpose, strategy, and culture. She has deep expertise in M&A, advising investors and leadership teams pre-deal on assessing cultural fit, integrating organisations post-deal, and retaining key talent to drive long-term performance.
Alongside her advisory work, Cindy is an Independent Trustee of EOT and Non- Executive of Waypoint Partners, Non-Executive Director of King’s House School Enterprises Ltd and a member of the CIPD and Women in Advertising and Communication, London.
