Tim has more than 2 decades of pricing and commercial model experience, from both an industry and consulting perspective. With a focus on delivering substantial pricing change Tim has worked extensively with PE backed businesses to transform their revenue performance through better pricing. Spanning both B2C and B2B markets, he is passionate about delivering sustainable change to businesses in a collaborative and supportive way.
Tim can advise and add value at all stages of the ownership cycle from due diligence to ongoing
value creation and future opportunity sizing.
Prior to Pearson Ham Group, Tim worked with the likes of British Airways, Oliver Wyman and
Centrica and holds an MBA from London Business School.
